Lily Smith
Lily is our newest team member and Exercise Physiologist, having completed her degree at the University of Sydney in 2024.
Lily thrives on social energy and is true lover of learning, constantly diving into new experiences! She naturally prioritises health and fitness in her own life and brings that same warmth and enthusiasm to the clinic, making sure every client feels supported.
Anuki Jayawardana
Anuki first began her career with Enable Exercise as a casual Exercise Physiologist after completing her degree at the University of Sydney in 2023. Anuki has since returned to university to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at UTS in 2025, and is now dual qualified as both a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist!
When she is not in the clinic, you’ll find Anuki soaking up the sunshine at the beach, lifting something heavy in the gym, or in the kitchen baking sweet treats!
Her love of movement, nature, and good food helps her bring energy, warmth, and a genuine human touch to her clinical work.
Noor Hekmat
Noor joined Enable Exercise in 2025 as one of our newest Physiotherapists, after completing her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2024.
Noor is a firm believer that movement is the best medicine! In the clinic, she is a highly dedicated and motivating therapist who consistently challenges her clients to achieve their best possible results.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her actively developing her physiotherapy knowledge through reading, enjoying a session at the gym, or unwinding with good food.
Min Joon Ham
MJ is one of the newest members of the Enable Exercise team, graduating with his Masters of Physiotherapy in 2024!
MJ brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, energy, and dedication to the team!
In his spare time, he enjoys keeping up his own fitness, currently enjoying tennis with friends, strength training in the gym, or playing soccer.
When he isn’t helping his clients achieve their goals in the clinic, or scoring goals on the soccer field, he lives by the motto: work hard, play hard!
Zheng Lau
Zheng completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney in 2022. Zheng has over a year of experience working in an aged care setting as a Therapy Assistant with the intention to improve the quality of life of the residents through exercise. He is a strong believer of “use it or lose it” and believes that all individuals can benefit from exercising.
Tianna Bozinovski
Tianna first started with Enable Exercise in early 2022 as a casual administrative staff member whilst she completed her full-time Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Sydney. Since completing her degree in 2024, Tianna has been working as an Exercise Physiologist full-time, and has now stepped into a new role as Practice Manager!
In her spare time, Tianna will often be found outdoors, whether it be hiking, spending a day at the beach, or enjoying a picnic in the sun! Tianna is also an avid gym goer and is always striving to be better than she was yesterday!
Alexandra Watt
Alex has completed a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong (2015), and was part of the inaugural cohort to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney (2018). She has 3 years prior experience working in a non-for-profit neurological rehabilitation program, with a vast array of neurological conditions including Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and Brain Injury. She is an accredited Pilates Matwork Instructor through APPI, and MS Get a Head Start Instructor.
Sean Koizumi
Sean completed his Bacheolor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales in 2021. Sean developed a passion and keen interest towards neurological rehabilitation after completing his university placements at our very own Enable Exercise.
Matthew Lukash
Matthew is a dual accredited Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having worked in neurological rehabilitation since completing his undergraduate studies in 2020. During his undergraduate degree, Matt undertook work experience with Enable Exercise where he developed a keen interest in all things neurological.
Kwan Leung
Kwan established Enable Exercise in 2017 after recognising a need for a neurological rehabilitation service which provides an intensive exercise based rehabilitation for people with neurological disabilities.
